Pros

If you are young and green this will be a fun place for the first few months until you realize that it is back breaking work for very little compensation.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, little or no confidentiality regarding HR conversations. When you leave you are essentially bad mouthed and forgotten. Management will not pay out owed salary/ commission due to arbitrary reasons. Making minimum wage for the first year and propping up senior consultants. Party culture that can be very alienating for people. Not somewhere that you can grow your career unless you drink the kool-aid.

Pros

Compensation - base isn't great but amazing commission structure

Cons

Benefits could be better. Standard 401k, medical, dental, vision, etc. No commuter benefits, no tuition reimbursement, no 'fun' or 'modern' benefits that are attractive.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your open candor. As we continue to grow and evolve in the US, keep an eye out for changes as we continue to enhance our benefit offerings. We rolled out a new PTO program this past January that gives new hires 26 days PTO to start (22 + 2 floating holidays + 2 volunteer days)...more to come!

Pros

- Location - International transfer - After Hays HK, you know where you do not want to work AT ALL

Cons

- High pressure culture instead of high performance - Work hard always, never work smart ! - Presenteeism more value than efficiency - Ultra micro-management, most KPI's driven company ever - No freedom, no creativity at all - No right to take days off or at least, showing you you should be ashamed to take some - No leadership, only management
