Pros

Exceptional training and support, offering a real career path for those that work hard - a meritocracy - new recruits get the chance to run their own mini businesses - and will be rewarded accordingly. Real work hard, play hard culture.

Cons

Tough to make the grade to join the business - high expectations placed on all staff - but management do foster a belief in supporting consultants to perform to the best of their ability.

Pros

Meritocracy, financial reward, influence careers, first class training, culture, fun, outstanding people, flexibility when needed, global opportunities, loyalty, no shortage of social opportunities and exposure to blue chip clients.

Cons

There can be long hours - this is/was never hidden from me, take it or leave it - the Aus/NZ MD always spoke openly about this. It is why we make money, but not for everyone. hard work is rewarded, like other 'firms' this is/always will be the case. Conservative strategies / management at times - embrace some flexibility.
