Outside of my team it’s a bit cutthroat. Processes are challenging to change and improve upon. The benefit of the doubt is not often given.

The people working in the warehouse are hardworking people. I enjoyed the team I supervised. The team always got the job done eventhough upper level management made it hard most times. The supervisor pay is competitive and the job itself is not hard

Cons

The HR department is very high school. The director is petty and messy. Although everyone knows an HR dept works for the company this HR department goes above and beyond to make that known. They undermined the integrity of the operations and are pretty much no help at all unless it is a dispute between employees, but even then they are the main contributors to the chaos. Aside for that this is a seasonal company. If you start working during the summer months be ready to now have a job after their “peak season” ends. This location has a very high turn over rate and will use employees until they no longer have a use for them. It is unstable and you always have to be ready to find other employment. They will lay you off and then call you back 6 months when the peak starts again. This location laid all of its Supervisors off in October of 2023 with no reasoning behind it. No one is safe at this location. When upper level management is being let go or is quitting that is not a company anyone should want to work for.

The people are awesome. The culture has been built around truly respecting one another. There is a lot of love and support amongst team members. Emails always end with "Thanks so much!" It's beautiful.

Cons

Management seems to add lots to the plate without taking anything off the plate first.
