- Full training courses, updated new information, regulation and applied well in the process. - Employee's benefit is great, they care about the employee's life, health even cover for employee's family insurance - Good working environment, management

- Each team has their own function makes the process more complicated. - Big different in salary between teams

People are friendly and it's nice to work with such a small team of people big year end bonus of $1000 (based on branch sales and size of staff - can be less or more)

Cons

WAY too much work for the amount of money you are paid the company doesn't give a care in the world about their employees salary for full timers is stupid low
