Pros

They allowed me to work hard and at my best. Had no problem with me coming in early and staying late.

Cons

Was only part time which meant no benefits or anything. Often had many complaints from fellow coworkers about the actions and decisions of corporate.

Pros

Your satisfaction to help others that are in need and to give back to the community. Helping the organization save cost and money was a great feeling and knowing your work was excellent and appreciated by your co-workers.

Cons

Communication was poor among departments and management. Better communication would be helpful.

Pros

The people you work with are for the most part, great. They make the day go by fast, even when donations are heavy. Pay is fair, along with management treatment. When it's not busy, sometimes you have time to catch up on other duties in the store, but it's good.

Cons

Rumors. People gossip in stores like no end. Most of it's nonsense, but some of it could be hurtful at times. Not many cons to speak of.
