Pros

None other than long hours and a modest paycheck.

Cons

Management was unreasonable and unfair in forming their production expectations. The work environment was not well cared for, despite employee efforts to maintain it, and there were often days when we did not meet a ridiculous quota and were forbidden to leave until we met it, putting strain on families and personal schedules. There was plenty of ill will at "good will" where I worked. PS- This form does not appear to accept the year I selected, so my last year listed may be misleading.

Pros

very nice people with a good mission.

Cons

Hard work for minimum wage. A lot of the donations we get are thrown into a box and shipped out, so things tend to break if they are fragile. The whole system could be run better.
