      They listen to you and try to solve your issues as early as possible.

      Cons

      For fresher it's challenging to complete task but they provide every help that you want

      Pros

      Freedom at work. Very good policies and employee centric. Colleague's helps at tougher times

      Cons

      No support from the head office. Internal politics and blame game is so much that employees are willingly resigning. Higher management do not have any idea what is going on the market and are in their own dream world. Even though there are many problems with the product, quality, delivery lead time and back end team, all the blame is put on the sales team. The management recruits engineers for a technical profile , but put things in sales work.
