Good place to gain experience for freshers

Pros

It is a place where freshers can get good experience. There are great opportunities for learning on job. Safety and welfare of employees is a primary concern and is very motivating.

Cons

The HR policy towards freshers was bad. We were not even counted as employees for 1st year on job and probation period started after that. That was quite demoralizing.
