1) Solid never seen before onboarding process with a detailed explanation of all the business verticals - this is extremely important for a new joiner. 2) Fast Execution 3) Excellent team bond even though the work is virtual due to Covid. 4) Great feedback/review sessions regarding performance.

Cons

I have worked here for 3 months and have never come across a major con.
