Pros
Globant has a set of important clients such as Google, OAG, EMC2, Coca Cola, Electronic Arts or Sabre Holdings, providing a possibility of participating in interesting projects. Because of this, it's a very good bootcamp for people without working experience or looking for challenging projects.
Cons
Compensations are really low compared to other companies. Regarding to trips, Globant policies are not very good. Expenses are usually short to give the traveller the same life style he/she has locally, and human resources department was not very helpful due to lack of resources. All these things caused globant to loose very important people.
