      Pros

      The people you work with are generally good. Location is good. There are always open positions. On-site cafeteria is a good benefit.

      Cons

      Do more with less and less and less. There is a constant revolving door of managers with MBAs from the latest school of business; many of them are good, some not so much. Quality is said to be a tenet of the company, but the reality is the thrust of the business is to get product out the door at almost any cost.
