      Flexibility in office hours. Get the chance to interact with higher management and have a view of company's future vision.

      Cons

      Company culture is very bad. You should have a God Father in the company if you want to be successful. In Mumbai center, managers keep giving offers to employee from their previous companies and these people are are the one who get the promotion, money everything. Others who are giving their heart and soul to their work are just made fool.
