-Just that there is no time /hours constraints... - more leaves available comparatively - they will not fire you even if you don't perform well as they themselves struggle to hire new employees

Cons

They have a top project list on which all the higher management is running behind.Else other projects in india are just to show the headcount and get money from US branch. So only resources working on these projects are rewarded and recognised. Others are just useless as per them. One of the GM himself is so greedy for US trips and per diem money that he won't give chance to others for onsite opportunities.
