      There's so much to learn and it's good for recent graduates and there are opportunities to move to different departments

      Cons

      The pay is not as good compared to some other companies but all of that depends on what department you're in.

      Friendly environment to work. Company offers a variety of flexibility for work schedule. A lot of great things on the roadmap to come for the company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of resource turn over. The workload is overwhelming for one individual. More resources should be hired to balance associates workload.
