      Pros

      Gi group is an Italian top HR company,prestigious and solid with a massive network presence in Italy.

      Cons

      Advancement's career is quite slow especially if you don't work in the HQ. Even more the system isn't meritocrac at all but that's something prevalent in the Italian companies.

      it is exciting to work in a big company because it is possibile to learn a lot to compare with many different people

      It is very difficult to grow, because following of many mergers, the managers want to work only with their people

      It's a big company and pays regular wages

      Cons

      All. The managment is more focused on doing "public relations" than on the staff's competences. Professional growth is possible only if you are a friend of someone really on the "TOP" or decide to put aside critical thinking and to become a yes man/woman. The one who thinks differently than others and dares to suggest new ideas, is immediatly isolated by the group. The work flow is hard to mange and all employees are really stressed out.
