Good pay rates for some particular jobs. I think it depends on what sort of work and contract they manage to take.

Cons

They don't get involve enough with the company you work for and you end up loosing some money and hours.

Some very good people within the company that have been there for many years from when it was Right4Staff.

Cons

You will need to work very hard, long hours, evenings, weekends. Can be the most hectic job in the world.
