Cons

Passive aggressive, back-stabbing culture - very fake people Highly competitive to a fault Very cliquey - focused on what ivy league you attended No stability - in the over three years I have worked there it is a revolving door of people leaving No work life balance Management is arrogant and reactive

More with Less

Pros

No too many pros for a company that is producing food products that are being recalled for e coli and listeria.

Cons

This is a direct result of Sr. Managements campaign of "more with less". How do you run an operation on 40% less people and expect better results?

Pros

Very few, and none related to HR function. Line leaders don't even ask HR to the most important meetings ..sad to watch.

Cons

HR has lost respect of the company. Disconnected and dysfunctional leaders. Work life is terrible.
