      Talented people to work with, but opportunities for career advancement are very slim.

      Talented people, both leaders and colleagues. Empowerment culture is settling

      Cons

      Very little opportunites for career advancement - huge bottleneck as you climb up the ladder. Besides, it's unclear what are the rules to advance, and talent management is pretty much a mistery.

      Pros

      GSK provides some of the best benefits of any job I know. Great exposure and cross-functional team working environment. Great educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Could use a little more transparency in the promotion process. Very frequent reorganizations. A lot of changes in the last few years as trying to remake business model to fit challenging times ahead.
