Pros

Great environment for learning and professional growth, with supportive and collaborative colleagues who make it a pleasure to work here.

Cons

HR in India is a major problem. HR business partners are overly involved in day-to-day business decisions and often assert authority in areas where they lack sufficient understanding or context. The current HR leadership needs to be replaced to bring in a more competent and modern approach. The India leadership team is dominated by people from traditional KPO backgrounds who are fixated on rigid processes. They may know how to build outdated GCC models, but they show little understanding of how modern, future-ready organizations should operate. Replacing the current senior leadership in Gurugram would likely improve innovation and effectiveness.
