Pros

Met some fantastic people at GDS but those were a handful

Cons

If I could give zero stars I would -Leadership provided no training -Boiler room style sales -Lying to clients -Rules of engagement don't apply to people who are close to leadership -Overpriced product -Toxic leadership that underpays existing employees and does not provide raises despite record profits -Threats of firing people in order to get them to perform -Very sleezy sales people -Drug use and rampant alcohol even in office -ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THE SVPs AND THOSE CLOSEST TO THEM. EVERYONE GOT PULLED INTO A ROOM AND TOLD TO WRITE A 5 STAR REVIEW BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE

Had To Get Out Of There

Pros

Coworkers were the only good part of the company - I made lasting friends.

Cons

Pay, Owner, workload, horrible management team made working here literal hell. The clients are off the rails, some justifiable because the business takes on more clients & events that it can manage and deliver. The sales team is almost too good for the company - the operations team can't keep up. This company is also only focused on sales. The operations and client success teams get little to no recognition, value, or benefits at all.
