      Pros

      - The product - I genuinely believe we have an amazing product to offer our delegates and sponsors. We're a resource and partner for them and I love to hear the positive feedback onsite at the Summits. - Company is in growth-mode - senior leadership likes to promote from within - People in office are great and supportive - Compensation percentages are very generous, tons of earning potential - Beautiful views

      Cons

      The fast pace is positive in general but the change is not. It would be nice to have a bit more consistency in terms of management at our headquarters, etc.

      Pros

      Very open environment, Amazing and knowledgeable Manager to work with and learn from, Nice co-workers, Very relax attitude, very good pay package and loads of other incentives. Best place to develop and learn due to the varieties of projects and task.

      Cons

      Set lunch time but wasn't an issue after adjusting to this.

      Fun environment. Travel Opportunity. Work life balance & holidays. Learning curve.

      Cons

      No job security. Rarely do people move up. Movement=In, down, and out the door. Managers are not incentivized to help their subordinates, so they rarely do. Clicky. If people don't like you, you will not have an opportunity to make money. Also, commission is constantly revised, against the employees interest. Unequal pay among same level jobs. Very unmotivated behavior from upper management.
