      Pros

      Some super fun people and easy to make friends plus the great location. If you're a big company with a lot of money and don't care spending ~$60k+ for a glorified zoom link that under delivers or mind meeting with managers/directors instead of the C-suite and VPs promised, you might find some success.

      Cons

      Large portions of the sales pitch given as a script are a complete lie. Upper management refuses to listen to feedback and accurately use our CRM system so prospects rightfully hate us cold calling their cells all day. Approximately 40% of the office has quit within the past 2 months with increased micromanaging and the sudden change of pay structure. Our highest performing salespeople who have been there 10+ years steal deals and prospects from new hires that don't stand up for themselves.

      Great Location Great Salary and Commision Good colleagues

      Cons

      The sales process they make you use is based on one mans success who is selling a totally different product to 95% off the sales floor. The CEO Tanya will ignore you if you say hello unless you have a Alcohol or substance abuse problem and can be pushy and rude.

      We have no-one in the Bristol business who has been in a BDA role for 1-2 years (as at Sept 17th) therefore this has to be fake. Not cool. Tanya

      Genuinely can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and completely unethical sales tactics. Management think they are amazing but the whole place is disgusting. People fired in front of everyone with no discretion. Would rather clean toilets.
