Wide range of roles and opportunities to use different skills You are recognised and valued for the skills you have Good compensation with no "them and us" aeparation between levels Everyone is treated as an equal

Cons

None really: You have to work hard - but then you get the compensation, so not really a downside No different to any place where you have lots of people with their ambitions - that's life

Huge global organisation, chance to interact with people around the world.

Cons

Definitely a glass ceiling, the most senior management are very well paid and receive excellent benefits. However, most non-managerial posts do not get bonuses, private healthcare, share allocations, etc.
