Receive a paycheck No other pros come to mind

Cons

Management is rude, lazy, inconsiderate. Requires new employees to sign a contract that if employment is terminated for any reason prior to 1 year employment, the employee must repay large portions of training expenses (hundreds of dollars). Management doesn't want to deal with issues in a positive or proactive manner, instead they will be sneaky and passive aggressive.

Pay is horrible. Senior management is out of touch. Senior management spends large dollars on frivolous expenses when their employees aren't being compensated appropriately
