      Pros

      Its multi-dimensional function, which gave me a firsthand opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business systems & strategies at work.

      Cons

      Downside: Salary/Compensation is low . Monetary Benefits are at dis-satisfied level. Less Professional behavior at low & middle management level, leading to de-motivation of workaholics.
