      Pros

      I believe the team and the environment are the best part of working here. I feel that the management team is well prepared and the company has an open door policy. All levels of management are very accessible.

      Cons

      Changes seem to take a long time to take place. Although the company leads in new developments and technology with its products I feel there is still a lot to be done related to personal and diversity. The company is still solely managed by white males.

      Production atsmosphere limits flexibility in some positions, room for growth can be limited at the site, but the company is also good at trasitioning talent to other locations
