It was a very fast paced environment, the topics that we worked on varied daily, which made it impossible to be boring.

Cons

You can't choose your clients, sometimes you may have to work on a policy area that you do not agree with.

Generally sharp, supportive, and kind partners that are the type of people you want to do good work for and who reward initiative and hard work. Interesting global practice and high caliber clients. Great benefits. Amazing staff and paralegals.

Cons

Like all firms, long hours. But there is a great telecommuting policy in place and face time pressure isn't high.
