      Offers stability, decent benefits, good work life balance and is large enough to have different opportunities in different departments.

      Cons

      Old school big pharma/medtech company where 95% of people are there to support their families but don’t have a real passion for the work. Bureaucratic.

      Leadership does not care - Toxic workplace

      internal portal and communication is well designed

      Poor Benefits and 401K match . The leadership reduces the benefits to employees each year. The finance department is under a very toxic leader who has no respect for anyone in the company. The CEO has no leadership and no clear stand. The HR went through leadership change but follows the footstep of the old leader. The plant and corporate in Lake Zurich is in complete conflict. The German leadership is trying to manage US operations and created a very hostile environment to work at.
