Pros

One of the best companies I have ever worked for. The benefits are great and they are so accomodating. I felt part of a family.

Cons

Sometimes I felt that there was a lack of communication amongst the staff but only due to issues going on in my dept.

Pros

Great perks!!! 7 days a year at any Four Seasons. You move up very quickly if you have the will. Great benefits & 401k. 5 star resort!

Cons

Working weekend and Holidays is a drag. Pay rate could be a bit more. That is about it for the negatives.

Pros

For executives they offer a great DPSP and incentive plan, target 10% for managers and 20% for directors, 25% for VPs.

Cons

The annual salary is really poor compared to other hospitality companies. I had no idea how bad it was until I left and found out how I was taken advanatge of.
