Worked with some good people.

Cons

Some Managers brought in from the larger mining companies. Brought their know it all attitude, and poor management style that got them kicked out of the majors in the first place. Some egotistic, narcisistic managers. They promote their friends and get rid of anyone that does not form part of their echo chamber. Bad place to work as a professional. Lots of insecure leaders that plays the political game to hide their incompetence.

It was the 8/6 roster. A great job with good pay - you were working to live but now...............

Cons

...................changed to 2/1 roster so a good job gone bad - you are living to work. Basically a laughably inept and badly managed company that has no future. But it was good while it lasted.
