great team culture with plenty of support for career development. Good internal promotions from what I've heard. Good bonuses

Cons

vacation student/undergraduate/graduate program poorly run. To my understanding, they are severely understaffed for the number of individuals they have to take care of. Its unfortunate as the program has a lot of potential but scares away young talent before they can join permanently.
