Incompetent European leadership team, clueless, unable to set and communicate clear strategies and objectives for the region, short sighted, zero long term vision. Cronyism at highest level, appointment of various "Heads" from his previous company with zero relevant background and experience in the industry. President even hired his own daughter's friend for a 3 months internship, no open job application (zero competition), no job description. All these cronyism also means zero upward progression for existing staffs. President can terminate high performing individuals' employment contract with no reasons, and one was asked to leave immediately the same week. So much for Family being one of the company's ten values.
