      Pros

      High level of technical skills, diversity, and extreme programming in practice.

      Cons

      No direct collaboration between product and engineers. Slow pipelines and numerous blocks during day-to-day jobs. Stressful on-call.

      Pros

      Good technology, great engineers, decent pay

      Cons

      Layoffs is the norm, they do not care how many lives they are impacting. You are just a number and they need to show good numbers to investors, which most of the time translates into laying off people. They had bad numbers and ended up blaming it on engineering??? If you don't know how to drive product decisions and how to sell a product, the engineers are not the problem.

      - A lot of legacy systems to deal with (integrations with legacy banks) - Company halved in size with layoffs - Not very fast moving
