      Pros

      Nice co-workers. Management is easy to get along with because they give you space to do your job and do not bother you that much. You get an even amount of work and life balance because they will work with you and school schedule.

      Cons

      There is never enough hours to give out because the store never makes its daily goal. Always understaffed. They really pressure you to sell credit cards. Management turnover is constant, they always last at least a year before upper management moves them somewhere else. Discount is only 10%.

      Pros

      They played good music sometimes.

      Cons

      I was kept just under full time hours for a year, so that they would never have to give me benefits even though I was working five days a week. All of the managers were 20 years old, and one of them was a straight up sociopath. Customers treat the store like the garbage heap that it is, so working there is an unending cycle of constantly picking up after strangers. There is no opportunity for growth, and maybe that’s for the best. Run from this company.

      Pros

      I accrued a lot of time off, so I could take as much time away as I could. Pay wasn’t bad but not enough to deal with the BS of every day life in store.

      Cons

      Absolutely no employee appreciation. No one including regional management have any idea what is going on nor can they ever be on the same page. The amount of work they expect from you while providing non realistic payroll hours is mind blowing. They also don’t maintain their stores and allow their employees to work in unsafe environments.
