Pros

$3 lunch at the cafeteria, Starbucks present at the HQ (although not free), fun coworkers

Cons

Terrible culture, unqualified cocky executives with no business ethics or strategic plan, lack of transparency of the business so you don't know if you're going to get your bonus or not, no one is held accountable for decisions they make and the business practices are very questionable/do not follow industry standards at all.

Pros

-Great trendy cheap clothes -Pretty good, upbeat music -Good work schedule

Cons

-stupid 10% discount that pretty much pays the tax on the clothes (you want us to represent your clothing but give us that puny discount?) -crazy schedules of overnights and early mornings that come at a moment's notice -only accruing 2 hours per paycheck for paid time off (really?!!!!), mind you this can be less if you don't work a full forty hours, so it'll take you FOREVER to get a week off vacation if you're only getting two hours per paycheck bi-weekly...and use it sparingly for any event that comes up in your life... I can not stress that enough - you forfeit your accrued PTO hours, no payout! -forever changing visual standards, this is incredibly confusing/difficult to the store staff who have to try to recover the store during those crazy weekends and holidays -set realistic goals for both the management and visual team, we can not perform miracles if you give us little payroll and a deadline to crunch -stop hammering stores with shipment and pay attention to how the economy rolls, people are cheap and will not buy all these clothes doled out to stores...this is why so many stores have crammed stockrooms and salesfloors -very catty and dramatic work environment, careful with what you say and who you say it too -you have to kiss butt to get promoted

Pros

Recognizable name and a good place for resume building

Cons

Their salary/hourly rate is on the lowest end of the spectrum compared to industry. There's a lack of quality projects for analysts. Management are confused about what analyst are supposed to do. Most top management do not have the education background to support/communicate what they needed. In addition, work hours is long. Benefit is non-existent while promotion is based on ethicity more than work quality (if you speak korean, you'll be fine). Horrible internal system and a lack of clearance of what everyone should do (analyst had to help stuffed marketing bags)
