-stupid 10% discount that pretty much pays the tax on the clothes (you want us to represent your
clothing but give us that puny discount?)
-crazy schedules of overnights and early mornings that come at a moment's notice
-only accruing 2 hours per paycheck for paid time off (really?!!!!), mind you this can be less if
you don't work a full forty hours, so it'll take you FOREVER to get a week off vacation if you're only
getting two hours per paycheck bi-weekly...and use it sparingly for any event that comes up in
your life... I can not stress that enough
- you forfeit your accrued PTO hours, no payout!
-forever changing visual standards, this is incredibly confusing/difficult to the store staff who have
to try to recover the store during those crazy weekends and holidays
-set realistic goals for both the management and visual team, we can not perform miracles if you
give us little payroll and a deadline to crunch
-stop hammering stores with shipment and pay attention to how the economy rolls, people are
cheap and will not buy all these clothes doled out to stores...this is why so many
stores have crammed stockrooms and salesfloors
-very catty and dramatic work environment, careful with what you say and who you say it too
-you have to kiss butt to get promoted
