      - Learn a lot from more senior members - cheap lunch

      Cons

      - uneducated management - everybody, including staff, is self entitled and feels the deserve more (even when they cannot even handle their job) - Knowing that most people will never get anywhere else in the company due to very obvious favoritism. - management prevents from upward or even lateral movement when you are good at your job. You become "too essential" to the team, yet the refuse to increase your pay.

      Pros

      Fun job if you like fashion, fabrics, prints, etc. They provide free lunch and have Starbucks on site.

      Cons

      Pay was very low for copywriting ($14/hour). Lunch is only 30 minutes. In the E-Commerce department, the copywriting team was overworked and underpaid. Most people (stylists, photogs, retouchers, etc) only last one year because of the quota system. Overall, not a bad job, but the holiday season (November til Christmas) was crazy. We had to work Saturdays and some Sundays to meet product overload.
