      Pros

      Flowserve is a great company to work for, and I have really enjoyed my time with them so far. Being in the IGNITE program, Flowserve really prioritizes career development and helping you gain skills as a professional. On top of that, Flowserve has a great work environment. Everyone is eager to help out in any way they can.

      Cons

      In some areas, Flowserve does use technology and systems that are a little outdated. This issue is really only present at certain sites though. Overall, I don't really have too many complaints.

      Smooth Interview Process

      Pros

      I interviewed with multiple different companies and Flowserve was by far the most professional. They set up consecutive interviews in a timely manner and would get back to me right away if I had any questions. I was offered the job hours after the interview and was given a substantial timeframe to make a decision.

      Cons

      Onboarding was a little rough with some key supervisors being out, but others stepped up to help as best they could.

      Great exposure to leadership Good variety of experience Very focused on people

      Cons

      Must move to different locations across various states for 3 years without choosing which location you are locating to. Not all the locations are desirable Project scope can be vague and non-specific at times
