It is an interesting place to work. I enjoyed meeting the the top management of companies. Top talent that shared their best ideas and successes. Since we rate their companies, they are always very pleasant to us and willing to share all their wisdom.

Cons

Like many other companies, I did not find the review process fair. Promotions are based on office politics.

-Great work life balance -Decent pay -Flat seniority structure

Cons

-incompetent senior management- they are definitely not the best people in the industry... in extreme cases, some are outright laughing stocks to industry people -although they like to promote 'outside of the box' thinking, rules, regulations and bureaucracy make it a moot point. -horrible mid to low level morale, esp these days
