Pros

Depending on team, most teams have reasonable workload.

Cons

1. worst work culture in Chris Walsh's team 2. Chris Walsh and her leadership team is very political and they'll take your work credits. 3. There is no path to promotion, And Job insecurity is real. 4. Very bureaucratic system in Chris Walsh's Or. with poor communication within management vertices and across teams 5. Most resource manager and leaders are inexperienced and managing talented experienced individual contributors. 6. The company will make sure by hook and crook that you don't get your bonus paid in your account. Been here since 2021 still have not been paid my 2021 calendar year bonus yet, 7. Little to no room for growth. No flexibility, you are FORCED to sit behind the front desk for 8 hours even when there is no work to do. Employee Moral is at a all time low. Benefits stripped away.
