Princeton as a location! Distance from NYC. Difficult to be in the trend area so far from NYC! But it is a nice campus!

Prestigious Swiss company with a lot of professional opportunities within the firm, not necessarily within the same department nor location.

Cons

Seniority within the firm matters much more than in other large companies. Difficult to change the seniority-wise way of treating each other, which has definitely an impact on the way work gets done.
