Old fashioned culture and values, where the way you dress matters more than your skills. Command and control style of management. Clearly, management doesn’t trust employees. A third of holidays imposed based on religious holidays without taking into account the diversity of its employees.

Fake sales, each one is indulge in exporting Kinder Joy and do volumes. It is known to all ASM, ZSM, RSM and Sales Head. They also want SO to do it but stay away with it. If any questions are asked from management they blame SO and sometimes ASM and ask them to resign. All data if fake outlet, EC, productivity everything is fake just to show performance.
