Pros

Generally nice people. You will meet some Gems in this company on a personal and professional level. Some free treats, if you want to call that a benefit.

Cons

Terrible worklife balance, no care for time - no question about a meeting in your diary at 7pm. Unless you are Italian you will never really fit in, and that shows in the treatment of the staff too. Give the usual talk about mental health but the hierarchy push when they want something. Rarely invest in staff unless it is specific to Ferrero. At the end of the day, if Lux decide it they get it

Pros

Free chocolate and nice employees

Cons

You have to be italian to advance. HQ in Luxembourg an barely any local people employed. No career path. Micromanagement. You're just a number and people who can talk best without any results to show for, are the one promoted.

Pros

- Ferrero is continuing to grow and there are many opportunities for advancement along with personal & career development trainings. - It is still a family owned company and the Ferrero family continues to be thoughtful with their business decisions. - Salary is competitive - Startup environment which allows employees to enhance or create processes - Exposure to global teams - Great brands & there is always product available for employees at the office

Cons

- The benefits & company perks that promote a positive company culture could be improved (For example: adding Summer Fridays, closing the office between Christmas and New Year, adding a company store for employees with discounts on Ferrero products, providing child care assistance or costs reimbursements, 529 college savings plan and more) - The hours that an employee needs to put in to be successful can be quite long at different times of the year and teams are lean - Organized chaos from time to time
