      Their is no Pros in this Company.

      People are pathetic. Here Boss will never work in practicality or neither came to help. He will only push the junior to complete the task. They come to work only during if any Visits is going to happen. They forcebly make their junior work on the same thing repetedly for days so that they show their performance. HR is worst then any other company. They will sing that its a Family Oriented Company but its just in the words only. Here Your senior will look only for his growth and work and he will make you feel that they will take care of you also. Everyone is a Cheater in this company.
