Pros

Free chocolates, free coffee and amazing restaurant.

Cons

I don't recommend it at all. If you are not Italian (or don't speak italian or french) you'll struggle there. They lack knowledge on how to be inclusive with diferent cultures. You expect to work in a multicultural environment and you end up working in "italy town" in luxembourg. On top of that, there working culture is super messy and meeting oriented, you'll end up spending all day in meetings that could have been an email or a short teams message. They also lack documentation to support your work which makes the onboard process even harder.

Pros

Expectations are the lowest I've seen. they just need people to show up and not be drunk or on drugs.

Cons

Trying to stay busy was the hardest thing. There's literally nothing to do. Just stand and wait for a line to go down. Also, when you notice black mold on their food equipment you will be scolded by your superiors for noticing and alienated for wanting to clean it. Food safe equipment is modified using NON food safe plastic in the production process of the 100 grand bar by direction of Michael Smeeton. Your last check will be short because of the UNION. Good luck getting your last month of union dues back, payroll just deflects and gives you the run around. I wish I never worked here.

Pros

staff discount to use on products

Cons

-The training follows a "stick you in the deep end" kind of approach, which for a role with such responisbility, should have a more in depth training. You are just left to your own devices as a new starter, with very limited guidance (this is either due to there not being enough trained people there, or simply because some don't care).
