Good salary. Big company.

Cons

HR Ethics are really poor in Mexico. Most Mexican companies are very ethical. Not the case for Faurecia. Work load to heavy. Personal life very affected

-Good Pay -Great people to work with

Cons

-Management is far more concerned with making parts than employee health and safety or quality. Pushing out parts that they know are bad rather than fixing the issue and creating rework is not the same as right first time. Treating your employees like cattle is also not the way to go. The factory is insanely hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
