Pros

This used to be a great place to work but management changes have resulted in a culture of reactivity and blaming

Cons

horrible culture. It didn’t used to be this way at CMX (formerly CTC) but the Faureica culture has totally taken over and as a result the companies performance has suffered and employee morale is horrible as well

Pros

-Salary -Health insurance -Overall package is good -Canteen is not that bad to eat lunch

Cons

-No career development -You are judged by the impressions not to work you do -You shouldn't leave the office before your manager. Possibly not before 6 pm. Even though you finish all your work. This is required just for the image. -Once the management decides about you impossible to change about it - Work environment is toxic, nobody smiles in the office. - Every 3 months an employee is taking a burnout leave. due to high stress in the job -Turnover in the company is huge * Do not recommend to anyone unless it is your last chance. The salary will attract you do not fail to trap.

Pros

Good Benefit Package. Stable job environment. International travel.

Cons

Very poor work-life balance. High pressure from French headquarters. Highly political. High bureaucracy. Unrealistic goals and unable to achieve bonus. No employee appreciation. Male dominated workplace, glass ceiling for female employees. "Boys club" culture - to find in middle management - director level. Hard work leads to more work while "boy club" employees get promoted easily.
