Pros

The work is fine. Products are older and need updating, so there is always something to do.

Cons

Benefits aren't great. Monthly layoffs. Only a matter of time before everyone is RIFd, outsourced, or the LOB is sold off.

Pros

Embracing technology and machine learning, Opportunity to work on global teams and remotely (although new roles are being hired in locations with office to enforce hybrid model) Good benefits package and stock purchasing program.

Cons

Backchanneling and internal politics are problematic. Who you have as a manager makes all the difference as to whether you get promoted. Lots of ambiguity within teams and roles and lack of documentation or structure - but this depends on your team, your product line and business vertical.
