      *) Work load is less *) Highly Managed team, you can esclate your issue and it will be resolve very fast *) Less Micro Management *) Supportive Team *) You can ping any one directly for your concern

      Cons

      *) Pay is less for existing Employee *) Tech stack is old as this is a fintech Company *) yearly increment is very low nearly 5 to 6% *) I know many of the people who is working in FIS since last 12 to 15 years
