Great Benefits, Great Pay, Vast Knowledge, Multiple Training opportunities,

Cons

Employees are selected for promotions based on "who you know" not "what you know." Training is great, although it never pinpoints your facility's exact set up, so there is a lot of fudging along the way. The knowledge is great, but they do not offer refresher courses and sometimes it will be years before you work on another piece of equipment or perform a duty infrequently, it would be nice to offer a 1-2 day refresher.

The people are all great and very helpful with a great environment. There are Good Benefits and continued education help.

Cons

Can be pretty slow at times for little bit quiet often.
