Excellent Plant and Even Better People

Pros

Plant had excellent management and the union truly cared. It was always focusing on the issues and getting better.

Cons

Only downside was, due to responsibilities, had to come in at odd hours to troubleshoot issues. However, I was always compensated for the odd hours.
